Gossip Girl & White Collar Season 4: Lost & Found.

By the end of the previous season, Chuck Bass and Neal Caffrey were both ready to settle down (with Blair / with a regular life in New York) but they were forced to leave their old lives behind. Both assume new aliases (Henry Prince / James Maine), get shot & have to use a cane, meet a “local” girl (Eva / Mia), and are tracked down by the ones closest to them (Serena / Peter). In 4.02, they head back to the city.
