Minions Appreciation Post - Season 2 - The Baby Minions
Their first appearance is in 2.03. They’re all so cute :-) Especially the first mini-Blair. Aww. And when the mini-Serena looks up and sees Serena…awww.
I don’t know if they have names - please let me know if they do - but I went to IMDB and found the actresses’ names

I included Ivy because she took Nelly Yuki’s place in the Blair’s competition in 5.06. Also, because Ivy is kind of like Season 1 Jenny Humphrey.
I’ve put Lola in because she participated in Blair’s scheme in 5.23, but yup, she wasn’t really a minion. xD

Minions Appreciation Post - Season 4
Not a lot of minions this season. I basically rewatched the entire season to make sure I got everyone. Penelope comes back. Jessica and Zoe return from last season. The new minion who arrives at W is Emily. Kati and Is make an appearance in the finale. The baby minions return. I guess Jenny and Vanessa could be seen as Juliet`s minions in her scheme against Serena, but I really don`t like to think of that episode.

If I’ve forgotten anyone, please let me know :) I included Jenny, because I sort of think of her as one of Blair’s minions, before she became an outcast. I sort of think of Nelly Yuki as a Season 2 minion.
Interesting Tidbits
In 1.05, Kati and Isobel kissed. In the Gossip Girl novels, they ended up as a couple after first year.
In the books, Jenny was friends with a girl named Elise - there was a small minion of the same namesake on the show.
The girl who played Hazel, Dreama Walker, also played Becca in The Good Wife.
